Aha Apps, LLC – Richmond, VA needs a Senior Microsoft Power BI Developer. As a member of the Decision Science and Analytics team, the Power BI Developer will play a crucial role in building Aha Apps’ business intelligence practice. In this new role, you’ll tackle cross-functional and high-profile business intelligence architecture problems that add value and establish competitive advantages for Aha Apps.

As a key hire, you and the team will also develop and define the end-to-end business intelligence process that will enable the business to make data-driven decisions using different insights and visualizations by utilizing our business intelligence platform.

Architect scalable and efficient data models in Power BI, leveraging DAX to create sophisticated calculations and aggregations.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise in writing complex DAX queries to extract valuable insights from raw data.
Optimize Power BI performance by fine-tuning DAX queries, data models, and report designs.
Actively monitor our capacities and look for areas of optimization.
Assist with creating and maintaining workspaces and deployment pipelines.
Collaborate to and drive a data strategy and governance recommendations to ensure the data solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
