Client’s challenge:

Our client was using traditional property managing software which lacked a lot of features that are essential to run operations. The client needed an industry-specific enterprise application that could handle end to end process of property administration in line with customer management and flawless internal communication. So, they decided to replace the existing system with Dynamics 365 CE.

AhaApps’ analysis:

We analyzed their system and how the data was stored and archived. We listed out a few problems that they were facing and the features that they required. We figured out their lead tracking and monitoring needed to be improvised which was managing different location properties along with their weak customer management system.

We also found out that the marketing strategy was in disarray that led to increased cash outflow. We had to change the entire structure starting from the sales to the customer management pipelines.

AhaApps’ methodology:

We had several interactions with the client to understand their business model and architecture.

We allocated some hours as a discovery phase and brainstorm about the features that they required.

We could gather that the features that were needed were available as add-ons in Dynamics 365 and also a few third-party applications that had to be included.

We listed out key features of their legacy application. One thing that was missing in their whole organization was business units. As they have multiple branches all over the United States, we helped them to set up a few business units based on their location and time zone.

We used a data import manager for syncing data in real-time between their legacy tool and Dynamics 365.

AhaApps’ solution:

We implemented Dynamics 365 CE successfully. The solution we provided was Sales Automation for managing their contacts, sales pipelines, and increasing lead conversion rate and Marketing Automation for setting up some campaigns and providing targeted lists.

Once the system was ready, we provided training for their internal teams and along with relevant documentation.
