Client’s challenge:

FIRST, VERIFY, was looking for a scalable solution that was dynamically customizable in production environment. They wanted to provide more flexibility and be able to sign up clients more quickly.

  • FIRST, VERIFY had developed a questionnaire which could be used by their clients to get required information from contractors and suppliers. But they found that many of their clients had a different set of questions and requirements based on the nature of their business.
  • Also, the default questionnaire, they assessed, might not be useful for new or prospective clients.
  • They also have to work with their clients to develop the format in production environment that best fits their requirements.
  • This included a lot of re-programming and additional efforts, which in turn delayed the implementation and potentially risking the loss of a client.

For example, FIRST, VERIFY also needed the facility to hide or display certain sets of questions for different clients and our solution was flexible enough to accommodate the requirement.

Through communication fostering comprehensive understanding of the client’s business functions and also thorough system study, AhaApps selected the right technology to create a template-based approach for developing and managing the questionnaire for each client.

This enabled FIRST, VERIFY:

  • To create master templates and then apply them to each client.
  • If they ever wished to change the questionnaire, it was as easy as just applying a new template that suited client’s needs.
  • To display or hide any question dynamically, as per their client’s requirement.
