All vendor information is stored in the cloud, allowing clients to easily track whether or not their vendors comply with safety and business requirements.

Client’s challenge:

- FIRST, VERIFY had developed a questionnaire which could be used by their clients to get required information from contractors and suppliers. But they found that many of their clients had a different set of questions and requirements based on the nature of their business.
- Also, the default questionnaire, they assessed, might not be useful for new or prospective clients.
- They also have to work with their clients to develop the format in production environment that best fits their requirements.
- This included a lot of re-programming and additional efforts, which in turn delayed the implementation and potentially risking the loss of a client.
