Views are used to define how a list of records for a specific entity is displayed in the application. Your trainer will acquaint you with the basics of views, different kinds of views- system, public and personal needed in Dynamics 365. Towards the end of this course, you will learn what are the subcategories of the different kinds of views available and how to create a new one.
